As the Physical Education teacher, my goal is to teach all of the students the importance of a healthy lifestyle and to encourage them to keep active throughout their lives. Gym class is a great opportunity for the children to exercise while developing team building skills.
During the fall, grades 3 - 8 participate in soccer, flag football, kickball, and capture the flag. Grades K-2 participate in spud, duck duck goose, relay races, and parachute exercises.
Please be sure that your children wear the proper footwear on gym days. Also, water bottles and sweatshirts/jackets must be labeled.
